I recently needed a care pro for 24 hours after surgery and was very staisfired with Home Instaed . The care pro was on time and professional. From arranging the booking of the service to the follow up I felt my needs were met. Would highly recomend.
We had two women from Home Instead to assist in caring for my wife with memory problems. Both Wendy and Aysia were excellent. They were trustworthy, kind, caring, and always prompt. I can't say enough about Home Instead. My 89 year old grandmother had a recent hospital stay for low sodium and infection. When she returned home, she was weak and unable to care for herself. We utilized Home Instead for in home companion care of our father. The team was terrific, from start to finish. Very professional, easy to communicate with, and very caring for our father. The woman assigned to be his care provider was so kind and genuinely liked our father. He too, liked her and we are grateful that this relationship worked so well.
