Could not have gotten through caring for mother in her final years, particularly without CNA Alex, who extended her hours, was so good at her job that the hospice nurses always spoke well of her and suggested she should become an RN. The team at the office were quick to find replacements when someone suddenly bailed out, but Alex had become so indispensable to my mother that there was no one else she wanted to see. My mother received 24 hour care from Home Instead, Northboro. I was very pleased by the level of care that she received from them. She liked all of her aides once things got established, but the aides that she was closest to were Paula, Patricia, and Kim. They provided both companionship and excellent care, and we are very grateful to them. The office staff was also good to work with. We had Home Instead for mom’s care. Everyone in the Administration team and all the care provides were wonderful, they were caring, respectful and professional. We would like to give a special thank you to Sharon, Cindy and Ketlyne. All of these ladies were wonderful, cared for mom like she was family. All three treated mom with love, care and respect. We feel that this allowed mom to be in her own house and have the extra care needed. Thank you for everything

Once again, I would like to say how much I appreciate the work and dedication the team at Home Instead does for their clients. From the schedulers to the care-pros, they were wonderful. Everyone wants the best for their loved one and I feel like Home Instead found us the right fit for our father. Home Instead was very helpful with my Dad. They helped with meal prep and grocery shopping and running errands. Angie was our favorite!!
