My dad is 95 and can not walk and lives at home. Julian from Home Instead is one of his caregivers. He is amazing. He is kind, caring, strong, a good cook, very knowledgable, and he is always willing to help my father be more comfortable. My dad really likes him and looks forward to his Monday visits. We adore him and can't speak more highly of this fine young man.
I needed assistance after I had undergone rotator cuff surgery and was unable to take care of myself. I was fortunate to select Home Instead. After they made a site visit to determine our environment and needs, they assigned two very competent and friendly assistants, Bonnie and Melissa. Not only did they do a great job with everything that I needed, they even made friends with our cat! This was the first time that I needed this type of service. Should I need this again, I will definitely choose Home Instead.
All your Care Pro providers are quite good, but one in particular is absolutely outstanding - Jenn Blake tops the list! After being bed bound for nearly 6 months, I credit Jenn with getting me back on my feet and functioning again. If I could, I'd adopt her!
Home Instead has provided excellent care for my Mom and family over the last year. Really helpful office staff as we navigated new challenges, and caring, understanding and skilled care for my Mom. Theresa and Carol in particular were always kind and kept a keen eye for changes in Mom’s abilities which were promptly communicated with the family.
For over four years, Home Instead has been a true blessing for my father and our family. As his care needs increased, they were there to keep a watchful eye on him. His care givers were always kind, professional, and patient. They made sure he was safe, comfortable, and entertained.
