If I could give a negative review, I would!!! I put in an application and got an interview, so the day before the interview i called to ask a few questions. Don’t let people fool you, these are not genuine people. Worked for them for about 90 days. I disagreed with their Covid private policy, and got fired!! They did not notify my clients, after they told me they did. Very sad
Sebrina is not the front of the line person that you need for your company. She is rude, lazy and the snide remarks she makes about the employees of the company, I can't begin to imagine what she has to say about the client's. The company can't seem to keep enough staff on hand (probably due to the mediocre pay) so, therefore, there's a lot of lapse in coverage. From my first contact with Home Instead in Christiansburg, Va, I have had an outstanding experience. All the employees that I have dealt with have had an empathetic, caring, and very helpful attitude. The concern that the employees show in caring for my parents and helping them remain in their home longer is remarkable.
