Very unreliable and unprofessional company. They just stopped sending caregivers and never bothered to tell me why. The caregivers that did come never cleaned the bathroom in one and a half years. All they did was watch movies on their phones or talk on it. So all of this put an extra load on me.
I had just stopped by this new office for info, as I really didn't think we could afford this kind of care for my mom. I found out that my dad would have qualified for VA benefits, which I hadn't thought he'd served long enough for. Carla put me in touch with VCC, and they walked me thru the application process. Within 6 weeks we were able to have a caregiver to stay with my mom 2 days a week! It's such a blessing, giving me peace of mind to run errands or just have some me time without leaving mom alone.
