Very compassionate and caring caregivers. We were blessed to have Karin.
Our family did not know that there was help out there like this. We are so grateful for the wonderful Caregiver that comes out to stay with mom. They get along as if they have known each other for years. She is so helpful to mom and makes sure that she had a well balanced diet. I just cannot say enough good thing about this service, they are angels.
This agency is very unreliable. They sent someone new every week so there was no bond between my mother and caregiver. Caregivers were not trained how to transfer patient from wheelchair to bed and dropped my mother just about every time. Caregivers were repeatedly late and left our mother alone whithout contacting anyone. Also took items from home. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Do alot of research on picking an agency.
