So sorry that the "office manager" Anne-Marie did a home visit and promised service, but neglected to. I heard that she was over-whelmed since her assistant had moved on to another job. Regardless, you don't offer desperately needed services and then disappear. No calls, no contact for 3 days. Skip this service and find others that are willing to truly help your loved ones. Zero.
Hard to communicate with. They watched my father once and I had a hard time getting ahold of them to check in. Unfortunately this year I hired them and he was scheduled for his daily visits while we went on vacation. I asked for a meet and great (at my expense) to go over things and was told they would check the schedule and get back to me. The week before I was to leave I called everyday several times with no one answering for 4 days straight! Left a couple messages each day and no one got back to me!
