My dad and I have been using Home Instead/Honor for almost a year. We have had our aid Emily the whole time and this girl is my angel. She has become more than a care taker for my dad. Siera-Lynn and Sonjia were also trusted people who would take Emily’s spot if she needed the day off. Communication with Cassandra and the whole Ganem team was excellent. Our experiences with Home Instead have been wonderful. From our original intake call, to our nurses visit, Client Manager introduction and actual hands-on care professionals, we couldn't be more satisfied. Communication is easy, the portal gives me quick and efficient information, and most importantly, my Mom has been very happy with each and every caregiver sent to work with her. Caring for an aging parent takes a village! Thank you for being part of our village! Together we have one happy Mom/client!
