The entire organizational culture is professional. From the staffing managers, H.R. to the in-home caregivers, this business is structured around good communication between clients and staff. I have over the last year and a half been impressed by their consistency and respect for the clients and the employees. I would recommend this organization and trust them to take care of myself or any of my loved ones. The employees seem to really like working for the company too. I'm blessed to have them on my team!!!!
Absolutely the best caring, professional home health care company we have had . I would definitely recommend them. The level of care they gave my husband was second to none, awesome, awesome ladies and gentleman.
They met my needs after a serious fall making it possible for me to stay home. Caregivers were on time and worked hard to do what I asked in housekeeping, personal care, meal prep, and even helped with my pets. Thank you so much !
I was scheduled for back surgery in Pensacola on short notice. Family issues prevented immediate family from staying at the bedside after surgery and in the days post-op. I spoke with the Supervisor at Baptist Hospital to see if they had a “pool” of medical personnel who would be willing to do private duty and take the place of my family members but it turns out they didn’t.
