The team at Home Instead Nepean and Blacktown (HINB) are phenomenal. We’ve worked with lots of providers over the years, and I would chose HINB every time. Frontline staff, office based staff, right through to senior management are available, and the perfect mix of personable and professional. I knew my family member was in trusted, caring hands at HINB. Thank you to everyone at the team.
We needed urgent support and a combination of private and government funded services. The team at Home Instead were outstanding, providing clear guidance and support for navigating the various agencies, as well as providing excellent carers. They were amazingly flexible, able to add more support when needed, and helped us out with extras like key safes and personal alarms.
