We used Home Instead care for my mother. In the beginning,we needed care just a few hours each day, but as Mom's illness progressed, hours needed increased. Candi was very helpful in providing help we needed in various ways. As 24 hr care was needed, shifts were always covered. Every caregiver was knowledgeable, attentive,and on time. When barges would delay traffic on the bridge or bad weather developed, each caregiver kept in touch with each other to cover that shift. They also cared about family! I was giving the number to Candi Johnson to discuss the care of my neighbor. This lady went above and beyond what I ever could expected. She is polite, and knowledgeable. If you wish good help for anyone you know, please call her. I would call her in a minute if I needed care for anyone else.
Kia and Jane were fanitistic. They did things that I didn't even realize needed to be done. Candi their supervisor was wonderful as well. They drove me to appointments and they even went shopping with me and helped with my needed when I was recovering after an accident. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone that needs help.
