Home Instead have been a godsend to maintain the health, safety and quality of life of my aunt. Without Harpreet/Shelley and her team of wonderful caregivers my Aunt would not be able to keep her dream of living in her own home. 5 stars all the way!

First, thanks to the Home Instead team, from Harpreet to Stephanie and staff coming to my place, everybody are nice, friendly and professional. Thus, I didn't worry about anything when I was away. Special thanks to Safi who is so much patient with my husband, a senior with parkinson's and lots of pain. Thanks again for everybody and everything you guys did. If anyone ls looking for home help, the Home Instead (south Vancouver) will be highly and only recommended.

For the past few months, our mother has received assistance with her personal care and activities by C and A of HomeInstead. Mom was initially reluctant to accept help, feeling that she was completely capable; however recent deterioration in her cognitive function meant that she was not attending to regular personal hygiene, nor was she participating in some of the social and physical activities that she had regularly enjoyed. The Home Instead team is amazing. I recommend them 100%. The help we received for my father who is dealing with dementia has been superb. Right from the start it clearly showed that the Home Instead team knew what they were doing. The caregivers that Harpreet selected for my dad are all so caring and friendly, Pradip in particular, who shows up with such kindness and patience every visit. It’s greatly improved my father’s life!

Home Instead has taken care of my mom over the last five years as she has needed various levels of care. The staff are all so great - caring, compassionate, flexible, kind. It's so challenging caring for an elder parent and it's so wonderful to have help from Home Instead.
