I have been using this company for several months and could not be more pleased with their service. The home care person that they sent over was a perfect match with my spouse. Now when I come home they are playing and singing at the piano or sitting and chatting. They have become good friend and I think it has greatly helped my spouses outlook on life.
Gina, James, Becky (caregiver) and the entire team in St. Charles and Geneva are exceptionally caring, attentive, responsive, friendly and genuinely concerned for their customers like myself. I’ve been able to trust and rely on Home Instead since 2020.
