I had the good fortune to work with Home Instead and their team on a recent family illness. I found them to be very professional and compassionate. More importantly, their team was extremely courteous to all members of our family in a very stressful time. I would recommend them highly. I have received care through Home Instead for two years now. Madeline is my favorite caregiver and has been with me from the start, before I ever moved to a senior apartment facility. She helped me move from my house and got me settled in my new apartment. Since Madeline has been out on sick leave, Home Instead has been doing their best to provide caregivers. The caregivers and staff of Home Instead are very competent, kind and stay in communication with the family of their client. The daily rate for 24 hr care may be more than some other agencies, however we were so happy with their caring personnel.
