I’ve been very happy with the service from Home Instead. All of the care pros care both for, and about my mom. Special thanks to Tea, Loretta, and Tari for the great work they do to make sure mom has everything she needs everyday. They’re understanding, respectful and helpful, and always willing to give a little extra to make sure she’s taken care of.
For the last year or so Diana has been our caregiver from Home Instead. She always anticipates my parents’ needs or makes a suggestions as if she can read their minds. I could say I don’t know how she does that, but I do. She pays attention and learns their habits and preferences so she can act immediately on their needs.
