Absolutely the best care I could ever imagine. Every nurse here is incredible, kind and caring. I am so thankful they were with us during this time with my dad.
My wife has had the assistance from Home Instead for over four years now due to serious ski accident. Taylor has been an incredible manager. The communication is easy through an app or they’ll always advise me by phone. Caregivers have been really tentative and caring and making sure they help in anyway. Carol is wonderful too. She comes by and does the assessments. By far, this is more like a family than it is just a corporation. They care for your loved one like family.

Now that Home Instead is owned by Honor their staffing is horrible and has been since honor took over 2 years ago.
The HomeInstead/Honor company has gone down hill. We have been using them for 5 years now. During the period of Jan - April 2023, we have been assigned over 15 different caregivers. There is a huge turnover rate of care givers. The big problem is that I can't leave when they send a new person for Mom because they do not know what they are doing. And yet they have raised the hourly to $28 an hour. So, I end up paying the company $28 an hour to train their caregivers.
