I actually was not needing home care, but was looking for a service to provide a nurse pro tem to help with a medical procedure. I was surprised there weren't many such providers available and was fortunate enough to be directed to Home Instead. The onboarding was quick and painless and Home Instead booked me with their CNA Aishah who got me to and from my appointment on time as requested and also followed up afterward.
