This is one of the places I researched for my Father And I think im going to go with them. Everything they offer to help was exactly what we are looking for and from other research on this company seems as though they have wonderful caregivers.

Home Instead Pleasant Hills I do NOT recommend the Home Instead, Pleasant Hills (nor the Export location, also owned by David Baron). My family hired Home Instead to care for our mother at great cost for the period of approximately 10 years. There were ups and downs. Our primary goal was the safety and care of our mother. A relative of mine needed assistance because she could no longer drive and was beginning to have cognitive issues. I met with the Home Instead Staff who then subsequently came out to assess the situation. I also provided them with a typical 'care agenda' of days and key items that would be helpful to do with my relative. I had them come for three 4-hour shifts each week to provide transportation and care for my relative. I have used Home Instead twice this year 2023 and I am very pleased with the service. The home care workers were punctual and professional and very helpful. The coordinator Elizabeth worked with me to insure everything was satisfactory. It;s reassuring to know that in the future, I have a place to turn to for help. A Class Act.
