I’ve been using this service since January and it has been an invaluable resource for me. I get help caring for my spouse with early onset dementia. My CarePro Lesly is amazing. She quickly developed a trusting relationship with my husband. She knows his interest, care needs, and works hard to keep him in a regular routine. She ensures he’s engaged at all times and adjusts to his needs on any particular visit. It’s been a great help to allow me to have some respite time. We are truly grateful for the support and care provided to my parents throughout their time here. The staff created a warm and respectful environment that made both my parents and our family feel at ease. Their professionalism and empathy were evident in every interaction. While there are still a few small things that could be improved, they do not take away from the overall excellent experience we had. I would definitely recommend this place without hesitation.
