Updated from 2 stars to 4 Star, got a call from the general manager and she apologized profusely and the service seems awesome! Original review below I inquired for care professional rates on 12/24/26, was told I'd get a phone call back soon to discuss. Instead, 1/13/26 (3 weeks later) I got a, frankly, meaningless email with a PDF with no extra info. My inquiry is the most basic imaginable for comparing rates competitively, which is what I ultimately wanted, and I was simply left out to dry.
Home Instead was prompt & professional coordinating necessary care services. The care pros were well liked and they did their best to ensure service schedules were covered even when a team member was sick.
