We initiated services with HomeInstead in August. We weren’t sure we’d find a proper fit for my 97 yo German mother who is set in her ways. Josie Fedak, Office Mgr, was instrumental in guiding me in the right direction in finding a proper fit. She did even better than that…she struck gold!! I have been using Home Instead's services for the last 8 months. All of their staff been kind, caring, and very responsive to my needs. SAM has been seeing me for almost three months. He is always on time and cheerful. I enjoy his stay. He has been very helpful in my recovery. I give him 5 stars for the work he has done, and continues to do. Home Instead provides excellent care. Our Home Instead provider is Dina Masterpalo. She is excellent. She is always a significant help and has many skills she brings to the job. She does things without asking and is very good at everything she does. She is an outstanding home health care provider. I am glad I use Home Instead to provide this critical home health care. I would not go anywhere else.
