Chimeg does a great job taking care of my wife. She helps her perform various tasks (cooking, cleaning, dressing, etc.) that give her a sense of accomplishment and independence. She makes sure she takes her medications when she needs to and encourages her to get outside for her walks. Chimeg also encourages her to eat high protein meals even when she does not want to eat. I cannot begin to tell you how much Home Instead has changed our lives. Glenn, ANNA, and Mandy, have become like family. My husband is doing better because we have a strong support system within Home Instead and my experience has been nothing but blissful! Being a caretaker is such a hard and thankless job. Home Instead has been wonderful. They are here 24/7 and take great care of me. Caregivers like Sara are great. Randy and Anna have been so helpful and are here for me if I need them. My staffer Amanda is awesome she always has my shifts filled when my caregivers need time off. I would recommend Home Instead to everybody.
My experience with Anna and Randy with helping me with items I cannot do myself. and the professionalism with care is great. I am perfectly satisfied with everything everyone has helped me with. I am perfectly amazed and thankful for Home Instead.
I really have appreciated the kind staff that have helped keep my mother safe and happy. All of the caregivers have been great at gently reminding my mom to take her medications, help her pick out her clothes, make her breakfast, walk her to dinner, and run the laundry. Mary is always available when I have a concern and promptly contacts me if she is getting reports of issues I should be made aware of.
