We selected Home Instead to care for my elderly mother after she fell and broke her hip. We have had 24 hour live-in care for her since her release from the rehab facility. The two caregivers, Ola and Suri have been so very helpful in furthering my mom's progress, helping her to manage things at home etc. Mary, our inside contact at Home Instead has been equally as helpful with scheduling and quickly addressing any questions that have come up.
Lupe Gutierrez is wonderful. Lupe is warm, considerate and ensures the well being of her clients are above standard. Since we live in another state, we trust and am comfortable knowing our family member is getting excellent care. Lupe communication with us has been outstanding. We truly appreciate her.
I had a wonderful experience with them. Yuliana Avila was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my mother's needs and worked hard to find the right caregiver for her. My family has been using Home Instead to provide care to one of our very senior members on a daily basis for the last several months. It is very challenging to schedule and provide consistent and high-quality care, but Home Instead accomplishes this.
