My mother, Susan Marshall, has had Home Instead services 24/7 for about 2 and a half years. I live in California, but I have visited her in Ohio 3-4 times a year since then. I have met many of her CarePros and I am grateful for those who have taken care of her. She has 3 favorites, who have been extra attentive and caring toward her and her needs. We have been using Home Instead for about two years. I love the flexibility they offer because our needs have changed over time. Our Care Pros looked after my father-in-law who suffered from Alzheimer’s. When he needed to be in memory care, we had Tim visit with him a couple nights each week to give us respite and he was so caring and kind to him. Bessy has been a Godsend to our mom. She has been by her side through a tough move to assisted living and is still making the transition smooth. My mom calls her a saint! So grateful we found her!
