We used Better at Home to help with my mom, and they were genuinely helpful. The support took some of the daily pressure off and made it easier for her to settle at home. Shelley, the office manager, was great to coordinate with: respectful, reliable, and easy to deal with. I’d recommend them to anyone arranging help for a parent.

Home Instead, Burnaby, has provided exceptional, compassionate care for my aunt as her dementia progressed. Despite my demanding travel schedule, they arranged a consultation the day after I called and had care in place before I left. Since the care visits started I have noticed a marked improvement in my aunt’s well being, overall mood and upkeep of her home. Regular updates from the case manager give me peace of mind. I highly highly recommend Home Instead.

Wow what an amazing company and very helpful if anybody ever needs an amazing service at any time of night or day I advise you to give them a chance to help you out as they're being very helpful and helping my friend out I can't say more than how helpful they have been with their services

Home Instead a tremendous service and the reason my aunt is being able to continue living safely in my home despite declining health. All the ladies in her care team have been so kind and diligent to her needs. Harpreet (the owner) is so kind to deal with and always available to answer questions or offer suggestions as the family navigates the health system on our aunt's behalf.
