We've engaged Home Instead for just over two months. Thus far, we couldn't be happier with both the care our father is receiving, as well as the management providing the services. They have a very well-rounded understanding of the care they need to provide, the comfort of the person needing care, and the laws and responsibilities that caregivers need to address. In brief, they are upfront about what they can do, what they can't do, and the costs. My family appreciates the transparency, and my father loves the care.

I am so thankful for the amazing team of people at Home Instead! From the initial phone call conversation, to the in-home introductory meeting, to the fabulous caregiver paired with my mom, everyone at Home Instead has been extremely caring, understanding, friendly, professional and helpful. Very professional, good communications, was on top of providing last-minute subs when necessary or finding aids with the right skill sets and chemistry. Handled some tricky situations well; accommodated our needs. The visiting nurse (Haven) was awesome and knowledgeable. You definitely get what you pay for.

From the first meeting to establishing care from a caring professional, working with Home Instead has continually exceeded expectations. I was concerned about how well my elderly mother would adjust to having someone helping her with some of her most personal activities.
