I wish I could give a good review but in all honesty I can’t. What we experienced after being told we would have top quality caregivers is poorly trained, unprofessional people. After bringing our concerns to the owner, excuses were made for the caregiver’s decisions not to follow company policies and after trying about 5 people we parted ways. We experienced unreliable and undertrained caregivers. I would avoid this business unless you prefer to add more stress to your life.
Our family is very grateful for all their services. Caring, prompt, organized, honest, patient. Every caregiver has been amazing.
The two girls they sent me for a emergency visits were wonderful, polite and willing to help and learn.
From my initial phone call to get information about the services provided, I knew I was in good hands. Diane Gagnon is an absolute gem and I can, without a doubt, share that it is because of her taking the time to talk with me with such compassion and detail, that we moved forward with Home Instead as a care provider for my stepfather.
