We are very happy with HomeInstead. Our Caregivers Robert, Mark, Jayinece, and Bilen do an excellent job.
Home Instead did great work with my mother-in-law, Jane - housekeeping, shopping, errands, food preparation, even trips to the dog park! The caregivers, Jackie, Sherry, and Morgan, always made sure Jane had everything she needed and treated her with real compassion. The admin folks, Chazz, and Renee, always kept us informed, and made multiple home-visits, to ensure things were running smoothly and Jane’s needs were being met. My experience has been a very good one. From the first introduction to the end of service has been great! Caregiver Tamia was very attentive and understanding. Overall, the entire team was absolutely great. The next time I need service, Home Instead will be the 1st that I call.
I needed a little extra help taking care of my Mom after an extended hospital stay. I asked a neighbor what service they use and they recommended Home Instead. I'm glad I called. Cheryl provided great service for us! She was very organized and great at anticipating our needs. She did a tremendous job helping with mom and helping around the house. I also appreciated the reps at Home Instead would call or drop by to check in and see how everything was going. Excellent service!
