Home Instead has been a terrific partner in helping us to assist my 94 year old father to remain in his comfortable home. A mature and friendly woman visits my father each week to clean his large home and to attend to requests my father may have. Home Instead offers very professional services, fully trained, insured and competent. A real pleasure to have them assisting us and a very important member of our support team for my father. When my elderly parents started to need assistance, word in the community pointed to Home Instead. Since then, Home Instead has been dropping in morning & evening, plus a longer session once a week. My parents are receiving the support they need, at a reasonable price, and they especially love Marlene - she’s part of the family now!
The Home Instead service was amazing. It was able to be started the very next day as we needed it promptly. All staff members were courteous, kind , compassionate , and professional. The help was invaluable and helped my mother get through the transition period from being in the hospital to being back home on her own.
