I worked as a caregiver with Home Instead in 2025 when I was going through a very difficult time in my life. Every single one of the Home Instead staff I interacted with was absolutely delightful! They were kind, understanding, supportive, informative, empathetic, and extremely good at their respective jobs. Unlike other caregiving agencies I have worked at in the past, I never once felt like I did not have help and support from my employer nor was I ever sent in blind to work with a new client.
I first learned of Home Instead when they cared for my grandma in 2019. She received great care from some great people that today I have the privilege of calling my friends. In 2020 I decided I wanted to be a caregiver and five years later here I am working with those great people. I even had the chance to care for a lady that cared for my grandma. They responded to changing needs and priorities with grace and a commitment to the direction and needs of our mom and our family. EVERY single care-giver, office staff and the care coordinator delivered exceptional service and support.
