I have work with Home instead since 2021. I have truly enjoyed working here part time. I plan on working full time sometime in the near future. Monica Jeffries is beyond outstanding. She has working patiently with since day one. They also send me out to clients I can work with. Home instead is awesome.

When I contacted Home Instead for possible assistance for my sister (who needed help around her home and companionship), Susan Blackwood, client care coordinator, was very prompt in her response to my questions. HomeInstead seemed like a very good fit for my sister. Ms. Blackwood took the time to drive 30 to 40 minutes to visit with my sister and myself and spent a good amount of time with both of us asking very pertinent questions; ones we would never have thought of asking. Our family has been amazingly blessed by the caregiver staff and administrative staff of Home Instead. Caregivers modeled compassion and patience as they cared for my mother with kindness and tenderness. It may have been challenging at times, but they showed professionalism and gentleness with every request. Thank you from our whole family and from mom.
