Home Instead has been fantastic from the owner who is compassionate and understanding to the companions and health Assistants working with my parents who are patient and kind. Danny and his team at Home Instead are wonderful. My mom had a stroke and started declining and wanted to go home. We knew we would not be able to take care of her alone and had no idea what to do. I called Home Instead on a Saturday and Danny called me back within a couple of hours and was able to help us get things in place in a matter of days. The Care Pro team at Home Instead is excellent! They are courteous and extremely attentive to my needs. Stephanie, Bibi and Rene are great, empathetic people who provide me with the highest level of care and support for all of my needs. In addition, they are friendly and joyous and we are able to converse about all sorts of subjects. Their companionship is much appreciated, and I always look forward to their visits.
