My sister has Home Instead..and also mandated by the state to use another company that has PA., that company is Bright Star. Well Home Instead, Sharee was here and her shift was ending at 3:30..and someone from Bright Star was susposed to be here then...but they did not show up. We called Bright Star spoke to Niko and he was trying to talk with management to have them call us...but no one would get back to him... Sharee called Home Instead told them what was going on. I highly recommend this outstanding organization! I am very pleased with their services. My father has dysphasia and they have assigned caregivers who are specifically trained to feed him properly and safely. They take the time to understand our needs and work closely with our family to ensure my parents are well taken care of.
