She always does a great job taking care of me!
We have had Home Instead for 6 months now. I am impressed by their ability to send recommended staff to our home. We found an excellent care pro, named Summer, who has been an angel towards my mother. She has been professional, compassionate, and eager to do right. We've developed a positive relationship that is conducive to my Mom's needs. Ive seen positive changes since we've had Home Instead.
We are very happy with the services we get from Home Instead. Our Aide, Amanda Santiago, is wonderful. She is kind and compassionate. She works well with my husband and I. She does high quality work and we trust her. She is fun to have around our household 12 hours per week. She knows us well, what our limitations are and she is excellent help for us.
