Hired them and they couldn't keep the same people more than 2 weeks and half of them had no experience at all.
I have had several of my families use Home Instead for Private Duty Care. Their care team have been pleasant and holds a high standard when it comes to customer care. We had a caregiver (Dawn) was very sweet and caring towards our resident. We are very happy with Home Instead.
All of the people with this office really care. They are all patient, knowledgeable, and always available. They are very easy to work with. I don’t know what we would do without them.
