Care takers seem like they can’t even take care of themselves. This place is a JOKE. Take your beloved ones elsewhere. Nonsense.
Great company to work for and great people. They're really supportive and care about their employees
Hired them and they couldn't keep the same people more than 2 weeks and half of them had no experience at all.
I have had several of my families use Home Instead for Private Duty Care. Their care team have been pleasant and holds a high standard when it comes to customer care. We had a caregiver (Dawn) was very sweet and caring towards our resident. We are very happy with Home Instead.
