Jen and Omo have been a true blessing to my mom and our whole family. They have come in and helped give my mom, who is suffering from dementia, compassionate care. Helping her to get to meals, bringing her to activities, providing a listening ear and also providing our family comfort as we know, when we can’t be there, that someone is with her to help her and offer quality care. We are grateful for what we have seen from both Jen and Omo.
My 91 year old mother is currently in assisted living with dementia. After my father passed, we reached out to Home Instead in order to find caregivers that could be with her through the day. Jen,Omo, and Maureen have been so kind, patient, and reliable. My mom has been able to have companionship as well as assistance with daily life tasks. Home Instead Norwell has been great to my parents. All the caregivers have been attentive and patient with my parents and that has been a great help to my siblings and myself as we try to balance our own work and home schedules with my parents' needs. Our aide, Jackie, is fantastic. My husband had a problem with his catheter and she resolved it with grace and expertise. I am very grateful for Home Instead’s home care aides!
Tammy was an incredible caregiver for my father this week. My father has Alzheimer's, and Tammy created a safe, calm, and supportive environment that put both him and our family at ease.
