I’m so grateful for the service that Home Instead in Norwell provides, every staff member has been so compassionate, knowledgeable and kind, from Tess the care coordinator to Kevin who answers the phone in the Norwell office. We have used Home Instead to help care for our elderly Aunt & Uncle and have been pleased with great service and excellent communication they provide. All the aides are good however Nicole is outstanding. We would have used her every day if it was possible.
Cheryl and Deborah cared for my mom for a few months until she went into an assisted living facility. They were both wonderful!
