This is the second time I have used Home Instead. The first time was in 2022, and 2 years ago I requested assistance and was assigned Lisa who is still a caregiver to me three days/week, four hours each day. I certainly look forward to the time that Lisa arrives as our personalities clicked from day one in May 2024. She does my laundry, changes sheets on bed, does grocery shopping in addition to running other errands, makes my lunch, and prepares meals that I just need to warm up in the microwave. Home Care is wonderful to work with! My father's aide Tanya is awesome! She takes great care of him. He looks forward to his time with her.
We were very cautious looking for a caregiver for Mom. We gave home Instead a call and Marny immediately reached out. Mom has since formed a wonderful relationship with her caregiver Carla. And we get great customer service from their front office. If you're on the fence like we were give them a call anyways. They are very friendly and there is no pressure.
Joe and Brianna are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure my dad is cared for.
