My dad needed to have a few weeks of 24 hour care when he first moved into an assisted living facility and Home Instead came through for us in a huge way. All of the staff members were so caring and spent lots of time fully engaging with him, asking questions, actively listening and just going for walks. Whenever I came to visit, he told me how much he enjoyed the company. Whenever there was a slight change in a schedule, I was notified right away. I would definitely recommend them!

Home Instead is an exceptional home care service! What a great experience! All of the care pros were kind, compassionate and took great care of our mom. From the tiniest detail, communication, staff, etc... everything was top notch.
Wonderful care for our elderly father. They provided kind, caring, compassionate caregivers who took wonderful care of our father, giving us the relief that he was in good hands when we could not be there! Beth and Shelia spent a lot of time with my Dad and offered exceptional help. And Tasha helped early on with settling some issues for my dad. Would highly reccommend!
Gina took care of my husband for several months before he was ready to enter a memory care unit. He had the potential to be difficult but always liked Gina, she knew when to engage with him in conversation and more importantly knew when to respect his space and leave him alone. She took initiative and was a willing worker looking for ways she could help around the house even those times no tasks were requested. She willingly took him to exercise class.
