Wonderful care for our elderly father. They provided kind, caring, compassionate caregivers who took wonderful care of our father, giving us the relief that he was in good hands when we could not be there! Beth and Shelia spent a lot of time with my Dad and offered exceptional help. And Tasha helped early on with settling some issues for my dad. Would highly reccommend!
Gina took care of my husband for several months before he was ready to enter a memory care unit. He had the potential to be difficult but always liked Gina, she knew when to engage with him in conversation and more importantly knew when to respect his space and leave him alone. Home Instead was a wonderful option for taking care of our loved one. The caregivers were wonderfully kind and reliable and the administration and scheduling staff were attentive and delightful to deal with, if we needed anything. Home Instead took the worry out of taking care of an aging parent!
The team at Home Instead have been great partners for my family as we needed help with an aging relative. Both the aides who have come to support Mom (Thank you to Vickie and others) and the office staff who keep scheduling correct have been responsive have provided great service. We have used other agencies in the past and found Home Instead to be outstanding.
