Incredible service. Home Instead helped my brother as his mental and physical health was declining. Initially for 4 hours a day, then 8, then around the clock. All of the caretakers went above and beyond to help my brother be as comfortable, positive and happy as possible. Most amazing was Home Instead's ability to adapt to our changing requirements, often adding staff the same day. We could not have navigated this difficult period without their help.
I could not be more grateful for the team at Home Instead. They have provided exceptional support and care for my mom. Jennifer, care coordinator, is absolutely amazing, thoughtful, responsive, and compassionate. Eva (coordinator) is great. My mom’s main caregivers, Eve and Rose, are true angels. We are so grateful to Home Instead and to our caregiver Helen for all that they have done to support our mother. Each person we have worked with is kind, thorough, compassionate, diligent and considerate. From our first meeting with Jennifer on, it has been such a heartening and rewarding journey with Home Instead, helping my Mom to be able to stay in her home, and providing support for the family.
