Home Instead came through for me during a difficult time as I was looking for immediate care for my elderly mother. They are very professional. Their nurse care is a bonus as they have been able to pick up on changes in my mother’s needs early. The care givers are well trained. I especially like that they are always respectful of my mother’s wishes and focus on ensuring she makes her own independent decisions, providing a healthy emotional experience for my mother. I would recommend them without reservation.
I would like to express my gratitude for Home Instead's professional staff and assistance while my mom was in an acute rehabilitation center. The team's service and follow up was amazing and my mom was very comfortable with the caregivers. They got to know my mom's needs quickly and adapted to the facility environment so that we felt comfortable to be able to come and go as needed knowing that my mom had a resource and advocate. I would highly recommend this service and would use again in the future if needed.
Caregivers are very understanding of my mother's situation and help her. Sometimes it's not easy dealing within older person. But they deal with it with care and concern.
I wanted to personally note how wonderful Marita Solis Hernandez was with my mom. My mom was going through a tough time and was transitioning to a new living situation. Her behavior was a little erratic and she’s pretty tough. Marita handled it like a pro.She was beyond helpful- she was kind, patient and thorough in her care. She went above and beyond.
