Thank you for all you do to care for my mom. It was a hard decision to start this route either her and they couldn’t have made it easier on the both of us.
If you want your family member abandoned, they are for you. My father was taken to the hospital at the end of a caregivers shift to care for my mother. They were asked by the fire department if they could stay and they refused, which is understandable to a degree, but when the fire and rescue contacted Home Instead, they were unable to help at all and let the firefighter know that “it was not their problem and did not care because they were off at 5:00pm.” When I was able to get to her an hour later, she was scared, alone, a... read more
Ashley took care of my mother in her last several weeks and was absolutely fabulous. My mother didn't like really anyone and Ashley managed to win her over. My mother felt well cared for and that is not easy to do!
