We had a really great experience with Home Instead. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. She was very informative and understanding about our hesitation to start care, she made my wife feel comfortable and I think our relative will be in good hands.
Home Instead caregivers are the BEST! They treated my Uncle with kindness, respect and compassion. I know it was challenging because my Uncle is suffering from dementia and he wasn't always easy. But they never complained. They were true professionals... always on time, provided excellent service, and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Home Instead for your loved ones. They treated my Uncle like family. You can't ask for anything better!!
