My wife recently got in contact with Home instead to help take care of our relative, and get more information. She was connected with a team member named Christina who was very welcoming and helpful. She was very informative and understanding about our hesitation to start care, she made my wife feel comfortable and I think our relative will be in good hands.
Home Instead caregivers are the BEST! They treated my Uncle with kindness, respect and compassion. I know it was challenging because my Uncle is suffering from dementia and he wasn't always easy. But they never complained. They were true professionals... always on time, provided excellent service, and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Home Instead for your loved ones. They treated my Uncle like family. You can't ask for anything better!!
Home Instead is a very dependable service, and I want to give a shout out to UTE who was self motivated, focused and hard working in her care of my mother.
We were blessed to have Felicia help care for our mother during this difficult time. She had a way of making her laugh and feel comfortable without being overbearing. It gave us comfort to know our mom was getting compassionate care when we were not there!
Excellent care, compassionate staff, and great communication. The caregivers were reliable and treated my aunt with dignity and respect. Gave me comfort to know my aunt was in good hands. Highly recommend! Thank you staff for all you do, caring for those who can’t care for themselves is a gift, all of the staff there are priceless!
