Our experience with Home Instead has been very positive. Crystal Nava was very helpful in guiding in the process of getting help for my 86 year old mother in our home. We have been very pleased with the caring/compassionate caregivers who have come to our home.
I highly recommend Home Instead for elderly home care. We used their services for the last two months. Everyone was very professional to work with. All shifts were always covered as promised. Management was available at any time if we needed them. When a new care team member was introduced to my mother a supervisor would come to the home as well to facilitate the introduction.
