Home Instead Care Pros took care of our family member for over two years. Have only positive things to say! We no longer had to worry about her not eating as the Care Pros made meals. Some of the breakfasts were fantastic! Home Instead also managed all medications, giving as appropriate, interfacing with the doctor and picking up prescriptions. This was a huge help to the family. I have had exceptional care from the staff at Home Instead. I started receiving services when I got out of the hospital 5 years ago. They have met my needs when I needed something. They have driven me around town for shopping, etc, as I can no longer drive a car because of the brain injury I received in my accident. I have had staff here every day and they have always been able to get staff here. They make good meals for me to eat and monitor my medication usage for me.
I absolutely love my HomeInstead caregiver Jamie! She’s been with my mom and I for over three years, she’s like family to us. We’re so very grateful for Jamie’s exceptional caregiving.
