I had my left knee replaced on Thursday 1/8/2026 and engaged the services of Home Instead Savannah to help me transition back home for recovery. I was fortunate to meet 3 absolutely wonderful people who were very patient and caring. They were also very easy to chat with and we shared stories of our lives and that interaction was really a nice experience. The clients were precious, however leadership was extremely terrible and unethical in may ways/ lack of integrity and accountability

Very professional. Much more than other companies we have tried. Easy to work with always on time. Seems like they actually care about there patients. We definitely recommend giving them a try.

This place is trash. As a stroke patient, my mother needed in-home care at her house in a small town about 40 minutes outside of Savannah, GA. The nurse stole my mother's laptop and iPad, as items my mother could see in her condition had gone missing. My mother suspected that some heirloom crystals (from when my dad was stationed in Germany for the Army) had also gone missing.
