Home Instead San Mateo has been a huge help allowing my mom to stay safe in her home. Our caregivers Betty and Doris have been extremely reliable and responsible. They keep a close eye on her to keep her safe, prepare healthy meals, play games to keep her occupied, help her excercize, and help with so many needs with kindness and cheerfulness that we both really appreciate. They have been amazing. We are so grateful!

My mom's caretakers, Pacita and Renae, are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, patient, supportive and competent. We are so lucky to have their help! The San Mateo Home Instead office is responsive and helpful. It took a few tries to find the right personality fit and the admin group really worked with us to get the right people. The office also is helpful in filing insurance forms and responsive to questions and concerns. We highly recommend their service.
Marjan has been an angel for us. She has been looking after mom since August last year and puts my mind at ease when I am at work knowing someone is there to help mom. Mom was resistant at first to having a caregiver but has really grown to appreciate all that Marjan does for her and genuinely enjoys her company.
