Home instead care services have been wonderful. The aides do a great job ensuring my mother-in-law is well taken care of with her personal care needs and always make sure the house is clean. They even run to the store for her when needed. She always has good things to say about the care she receives. They’ve been a huge help in keeping her comfortable, supported, and on the right track. We’re so grateful for their kindness and dedication!

Fantastic, the services are fantastic, my care person is excellent and the service is so helpful. Personally, I’ve had great luck with Home Instead. My mom likes the two gals who come to her house in Yankton every day. The scheduler works with me if my mom has an appointment. They take my mom grocery shopping weekly. It’s been about a year now and no complaints.
This business is not run efficiently. The helpers were subpar and one did not show or call. The fee is very expensive and not at all worth it for the service provided. Would not recommend for the care of your loved. The company did contact me and let me know that they are working on improvements so this sort of thing doesn’t happen again which I appreciate.
