After a couple of seriouse medical events, I transitioned back home. To help with that transition, I used Home Instead for several week to help with morning (8AM-noon) and evening (6PM-10PM). All of the staff were very good and helpful - they were great. Two that stood out from the rest were Lucero (Lucy) Garay-Ramirez and Kimberly Schilke. Outstanding home aids. I would not hesitate to engage Home instead again. Thanks
Jena S was an incredibly compassionate and professional caregiver to my father for the last 5 weeks, so much so that my father would ask each night if Jena was coming back the next day. The communication with the local coordinator, Becky B, was top-notch. I am truly impressed with the service from start to finish. Can I give them more than 5 stars??!! Thank you, Home Instead, for making our experience a wonderful one.
Kenia does a great job helping my husband with his showers and dressing. She even helps him walk outside when the weather is nice. Our thanks to her for her sweet personality and patience in all that she does.
Nicholas has been our Caregiver for Max for almost a year & it has been a blessing! He reads to Max. He watches sporting events with him & interprets the plays to him which is such a gift because Max has little vision! He plays classical music for him and makes every day special. He makes sure Max has amount of fluid required during his shift, feeds him when it is time and keeps him comfortable. Max is less anxious & more engaging when Nicholas has been here.
