We had one caregiver who wasn't the best, but Jordan, our care manager, offered suggestions, and after a time he was no longer on our service. Jordan has been kind and helpful and has such a soothing presence. Anna and Kindra and Mikey always help me schedule and reschedule and cancel appointments, and figure out an often complicated landscape of issues. I needed care after my operations. My son did his research and found the highly rated Home Instead company. My contact was Allyson and she and her staff were professional, had great communication skills and were Informative about the services they provided. The caregivers they sent were so well trained and their care was a tremendous help in my recovery. I felt safe in their care. I could not have recovered so quickly without them. I highly recommend them for any type of home care you need. I would use them again.
