Home Instead provided excellent care for my mom. I could always rely on them. The staff and the caregivers are kind and helpful and go out of their way to accommodate ever changing situations. My mom was able to stay in her home because of their care I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for caregiving for their parent or loved one to consider Home Instead.
Home Instead was an answer to our prayers when we needed daily care for our mother. From the office staff, to caregivers to billing, every person provided kind and caring support during a very difficult time. The caregivers made our mother feel supported and safe while they assisted her with ADL. Each caregiver also provided companionship and a sense of security for the entire shift. Home Instead is a top notch home care business that provides personal and loving are to their clients.
My mom was put on Hospice in late 2024, early 2025 for her vascular dementia with Alzheimer's. My dad found Home Instead in New Braunfels and every single person they have sent to help my mom has been fantastic. Home Instead has been a godsend after a foot surgery that left me in a full-leg cast and wheelchair for several weeks. The personel that assisted me in caring for my wife were well trained and very compassionate and friendly with my wife. She loved having them with her and I trusted them to care for her in my absence.
