As a physician, I fully appreciated the care that was given my 92 yo mother. She looked forward to the visits each day. On several occasions, I was called for a change in her condition . ALL appropriate calls. Home Instead Lancaster truly gave my mother quality care
I can’t say enough about Home instead. Not only were they extremely professional, but they went into quick action when I needed help for my father. My dad was in the hospital and he had just moved up from Florida and we had no one else to help. The hospital wanted to put him into a ST rehab facility. I had turned to Home instead for help after an extreme surgery with a long recovery time. I was blessed by knowledge and level of caring from the entire staff. The in home caregivers were amazing. Karlita helped me grow so much in my daily work with empathy on each task she helped me achieve. Joan was able to help me with household and personal health care with a gentle and sincere heart.
