I initially connected with Kayla in the office and she was AMAZING! Kayla was very kind and understanding about my dad’s situation and was able to work with us to have someone at my dad’s house when he got home from the hospital. The caretaker, Sarah, was OUTSTANDING! She was so kind and helpful to my dad. She helped him pick up prescriptions, take care of his dog, made him meals and helped with household tasks. Fannie is a godsend for my sister, Rose. In Rose's words," Fannie keeps me grounded. Fannie is a good cook, housekeeper, and listener. She teaches me things I didn't know about myself. We've been using Home Instead for a short time, however, Ms.Zoie is amazing & my mom, who has Alzheimer's absolutely adores her & enjoys her visits daily!! Highly recommend HI & Zoie if you get the chance!!
This question is very ambiguous, however my experience with Home Instead has been good and I have no complaints. My experience with my client has been fulfilling as I watched him going from being frustrated and confused to confident and assured.
