Would like to update my review . Wanted to let the public know that this group tried very hard to accommodate my mom's needs. Sometimes they hit a home run but sometimes it was disaster. Management tried very hard to respond. I have learned that this business is so difficult because it is so hard to hire good quality staff & the care remain consistent. I recommend that family must ALWAYS stay on top of everything that's going on and be sure to communicate with management regularly. I had contacted/interviewed other agencies ... read more
We have been so fortunate and found the greatest caregiver. Annie is a godsend. She was so good with my mom before she passed and is now helping with my father. They both just love her. She does an exceptional job keeping up with my dad's needs. He has Parkinsons and can be a challenge. You never know what he will be like until he gets up. Not sure what I would do without Annie.
Have been very happy with Home Instead for over four years. The caregivers and staff have been professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Taking care of aging parents is a challenge and Home Instead makes that challenge much more manageable.
