I have been extremely pleased with the high level of quality care that mom has been receiving from the crew at Home Instead. And I feel even better knowing that anytime we need to make a tweak in her daily activities, I just call Rick, the Home Instead client care advisor, to discuss. He always immediately informs the team. I live several states away from mom but feel confident that she is receiving the attention and nurturing that she needs from the crew at Home Instead. I highly recommend them!
I've been employed here for awhile. I'm truly surprised about how much they care about both the clients and care givers. Client gets regular visits from supervisors to make sure needs are being met and we're notified any changes to the care plan. They regularly check in with me to see how things are going. The training and support here are impressive.

I have had Home Instead consistently since 2019. They are caring wonderful people. Andela Balderson and Angela Seldon have done a terrific job of matching my husband and I with professional caregivers that meet my many, complicated needs and I thank God every day that I have been so fortunate and pray that same level of care continues.
