I have used both their full time and part time care for my parents. Barbara and her team have been supportive, flexible and very thoughtful in matching the caregivers to my parents needs. Most notable was a recent situation where my parents needed care/ride to a graduation party for their grand daughter. Home Instead takes great care of my grandparents who are starting to struggle with day to day tasks as well as starting to forget simple things like the taking their medicine, the stove, locking doors, etc. The staff that comes to their house on a day to day basis makes sure all that stuff is taking care of. This makes it a lot less stressful for my family and I. I highly recommend them!
